I ordered one on blue and one in black - they are both soft and very luxurious and I love them. Unfortunately the customer service at Hoods is between non existent and awful. I bought another black hat that was way too big - I returned it as requested, but instead of a credit, they shipped another identical “too big” black hat to me. I cannot get customer service to respond, so I am despondent :)
Hat never made it, can't give more then one star for something I haven't received. I suppose it could show up but I won't hold my breath.
We just tracked it and see it is held up at customs! We will find out what's going and report back to you. Promise you'll get your hat and sorry for the delay!
This is my fifth or sixth Hood hat. Once again, it’s solidifies my belief that these are the best hats on the market. Top quality and website easy to navigate.

I felt I needed to get the “OG” Hood Hat in its original color (stout and ivory, model II) to add to my collection of Hood Hats. I feel my collection is complete with (the patriarch) of hats from Hood. The comfortable fit, the profile right where it should be, the craftsmanship is still there as you would expect. I think it's really cool that HOOD has designed a hat harkening back to the classic sports movie "Hoosiers" (complete in the red and gold Husker colors). I look forward to this being a conversation starter when I actually visit Indiana in April!

I really love your products. Chinatown is already my 7th cap from your brand. All the caps I’ve bought have been perfect, but for some reason, the Chinatown cap is larger than all the others, and it doesn’t fit as well and has a slightly different shape. Probably because of the size.
