THE STORY
Carved out by the Belt Parkway, the Bay Ridge neighborhood sits in the SW corner of the Brooklyn borough. It is fondly known as the Ridge and was home to the Crescent Athletic Club, who fielded the Brooklyn Crescent Football team, an amateur club that played at the collegiate level in the 1880s. Like its neighboring hoods, Bay Ridge has a large Italian population which served as the inspiration for the caps colorway.
